The breakfast was acceptable (it included a pancake option).
The shower door in our upgraded room was faulty. It fell on me the first morning. It was NEVER repaired, and no room change was offered. the wifi and power were unreliable, with frequent interruptions (a significant inconvenience).

The hotel has spacious rooms and they include good facilities. It is right by the river, nice. The hotel provided a free boat trip to Turtle Beach for the guests.
There are some bad aspects. The breakfast had an average selection of food, especially at the Turkish breakfast. I did not like night reception manager challenging us for bringing bottles of water into the hotel. He told us we should buy water from their bar.

I booked again for september and june next year. i stayed in the spa area. It was peaceful. the staff was nice, and ali at reception greeted me daily with a smile. ali, the pool guy, was always helpful. It was a 15-minute walk to town with many bars.
the breakfast juice had an extra charge. the breakfast hours were not well-informed. i was practically rushed out of the breakfast room at exactly 10:00 am.

The rooms include comfortable beds and clean spaces. They are well kept daily. air conditioning works effectively, and soundproofing ensures quiet. each room features a tv with several international channels.

The location is close to the town center. The walk is approximately 10 minutes. the hotel provides easy access to local shops and restaurants. the surrounding area presents fine natural landscapes with lush greenery.
